Ensure that all workers are trained in the proper and safe use of equipment.
Health and Safety Compliance:

Enforce health and safety regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Degree or Certification in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
5 Years Minimum experience in landscape maintenance (hard and soft) projects
Hands-on experience with landscape installation and maintenance, including knowledge of horticulture, plant care, irrigation systems, and hardscaping.
