❑Organizational departmental planning with Branch Manager/General Manager/Director of Operations/Country Manager
❑Develops and implements the logistics plan and procedures for the designated projects ❑Selecting the most appropriate transport vendors. ❑instructions for suppliers and contractors ❑Responsible for management of the operational budget ❑Together with the manager, establishing the profit ratio. ❑ Ensure all KPIs meet customer ❑ Ensure all team meets the customer’s and BDP Internal deadlines ❑ Conduct periodically review and improve the process flow and document process flow. ❑ Carry out internal systems training to staff ❑ Ensure billing is done correctly and timely. ❑ Monitor all required data is updated into internal systems, or customer systems (according procedures) ❑ Reporting possible incidents to the manager ❑ Record keeping of exceptional incidents and conduct investigation on incident with the recommended corrective action ❑ Preparing reports required by customers and/or internal team
❖Minimum of a Bachelor´s degree or equivalent and additional qualifications in supply chain management will be helpful. ❖Experience of mínimum 5 years in leadership role in logistics field ❖Knowledge and experience of freight forwarding operations ❖Working knowledge of the operations procedure in the country ❖Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
