Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated
Sales Engineer/Sales Specialist specializing in the laboratory and medical
business (IVF, Genetics, Stem Cells, Research Labs). This role involves
generating sales leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and
achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have technical sales
expertise, particularly in laboratory medical disposables and devices, and a
strong understanding of the biomedical engineering field.Key responsibilities include
understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, and closing sales
deals. The Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with marketing, product
development, and customer service teams to deliver a cohesive and effective
sales approach. Additional duties include conducting market research,
negotiating contracts, and supporting product launches. Success in this role
requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive
mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure while meeting sales goals
and deadlines.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through diverse channels.Customer Engagement: Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales deals.Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, including managing turnkey projects.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and customer service teams to create a unified approach to sales.Product Launch: Support team members in ensuring the successful introduction of products within the designated sales regions.This position offers an exciting

Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or Marketing.3-5 years of experience in the laboratory sector.Proven experience in the Western, Southern, or Eastern regions of Saudi Arabia.Possession of a valid driver’s license and ownership of a car.Hands-on experience in laboratory-related fields.Preferred experience as a Laboratory Sales Engineer or Laboratory Sales Specialist.Skills:Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Exceptional communication skills.Ability to perform under pressure.Strong attention to detail, commitment to tasks, and ability to meet deadlines.Proficient in preparing and analyzing reports.Effective multitasking abilities.Key Behaviors for Success:Strongrelationship-building and maintenance capabilities.Effective management of business and team requirements.Key Performance Indicators
