Job Description:


Support for contracts under execution


  • Support for the achievement of the targets & deliverables for the contracts on time, on cost and on quality
  • Identification of risks and opportunities. Proposal and support to the implementation of the mitigation plans.
  • Active participation in the internal services program reviews and contractual/technical dedicated meetings with the Customers.
  • Develop a network of contacts in the customer organization to ensure effective communication with the right person for business related matters. Organization and call for meetings with customer representatives when needed.
  • Follow up and resolution of outstanding processes under customer responsibility. Special focus on invoice payments and management of contracts and business proposals’ signatures.

Customer satisfaction


  • Customer centric orientation. Work always to create value for the Customer and Airbus.
  • Active involvement and coordination to ensure that customer needs, priorities and concerns are transmitted to the Airbus organization and proper responsive actions are launched and communicated.

Job description


  • Active participation in the meetings with the customer to ease mutual understanding and targets achievements.
  • Participation in the preparation and proper transmission of the information from the company to the customer.

Support to business growth.


  • Support to the preparation of work specifications as part of the process to launch new service proposals to customer. Guidance on best way and practices to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Identification and proposal of new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration with the company organization to develop business proposals.

Internal coordination


  • Support and advice the programs management in all matters related to the customer.
  • Active participation in the preparation of formal communications to the customer and subsequent follow up.
  • Preparation of required reports and assessments to support the decision making processes of the program management office.
  • Full compliance with Airbus procedures and regulations (Compliance, Export Control,...)
  • Leadership and behavior in accordance to Airbus DS principles and values.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
