Job Description

As the Kindergarten Principal, you will serve as the lead visionary, responsible for shaping the learning environment and nurturing each child's social, emotional, and academic development. This role requires someone with a passion for early childhood education and a dedication to creating an atmosphere that furthers our students' and staff's growth and wellbeing.

Job Purpose

The role's primary objective is to organize and manage the educational programs, engaging effectively with staff, parents, and the broader community. You should possess the ability to create a nurturing and effective learning environment conducive to both professional teaching and student learning. Your leadership will play a key role in ensuring our students' comprehensive development and instilling a culture of inclusivity.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and sustain a nurturing and effective learning environment
• Ensure the social, emotional, and academic development of every student
• Manage staff, including hiring, coaching, and professional development activities
• Implement and oversee educational programs
• Engage proactively with parents and the community to promote parent involvement in their child's educational experience
• Demonstrate effective communication skills to liaise with staff, stakeholders, and guardians of students
• Apply strong organizational abilities to manage various responsibilities concurrently
