Key Project Manager - Power, Water & Mining The purpose of the role is to drive a product portfolio to achieve market leadership. The role involves monitoring and evaluating the market environment for strategy definition. The job holder needs to assume marketing responsibilities in new product development projects (e.g. marketing strategy, data management, launch preparations, customer tests, trainings, etc.) and work closely with local marketing and sales teams. Scope: Maximizes Share of Wallet and professionally manages top projects, both regional and global; Portfolio: 4-5 projects, > 3 mCHF sales/project, 70% execution-30% design.

The purpose of the role is to own project ship-to territories, promoting all Hilti relevant solutions by providing commerical support and coordinate support from other Hilti functions on key construction project sites - responsible to overall project sales results.

What you need is:



A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil 3-5 years professional experience in a pricing position, (which includes tasks such as pricing analysis, highlighting pricing related business issues, net sales price steering and putting together strategic price agreements). Excellent Excel skills required; experience with excel macros, Power-BI dashboards, or equiv. A well-developed ability to work with others at both a tactical and strategic level Proven ability to influence high level stakeholders from varied functional groups Solid understanding of the marketing management process Successful experiences from working with large sales teams and a multi-channel business within a B2B environment A customer focus, with a passion for results An analytical, result-oriented, and pro-active mindset Consultancy experience, and construction experience is an advantage Effective English communication skills
