Job description
The role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and cultivating advocates in the KSA. You will play a key role in achieving revenue targets and expanding our market presence.
As an established company newly entering the KSA market, your contributions will be crucial in transitioning from working with local partners to building our own in-country business and team.
This role is essential for establishing a strong local presence and driving growth in KSA.
Main Duties:
Sales & Business Development:
Actively generate demand and leads in the country
Increase visibility and sales volume of the TOEFL test
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and yearly targets
Gather, analyze, and report market intelligence, trends, and competitive insights
Key Account Management:
Manage and grow relationships with high-value B2I accounts (Academic Institutions, Language Schools, Agents)
Implement account-specific plans to maximize sales volume and market share gain
Conduct regular account reviews and develop action plans for growth
Stakeholder and Advocate Development:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in key accounts in private and government educational sectors
Identify and cultivate advocates and brand ambassadors for TOEFL products within target key accounts
Represent TOEFL at industry conferences and conduct presentations to clients
Ensure TOEFL products and features are recognized and preferred by targeted institutions
Client Relationship Management
Understand and address the needs and challenges of higher education institutions related to language assessment
Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Conduct on-site visits to Higher Education institutions, language schools, and partners
Support and recruit TOEFL iBT Test Centers in the region
This role will require travel across the country

Preferred experience
Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales roles, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth in the region.
Experience working in or with institutions of higher education is a big plus.
Strong understanding of the regional market landscape, including key trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to develop and nurture advocates within client
Languages required
English & Arabic (both verbal & written - C1 Level)
