The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their needs for satisfaction, retention, and business growth. Act as the primary contact, identifying opportunities, addressing concerns, and collaborating on strategic initiatives to maximize mutual value.
Customer Development:
Assist in implementing the Customer Development Plan across all functions.
Support the execution of customized Sales and Marketing strategies for key accounts.
Contribute to achieving sales targets across product lines.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Monitor market trends and provide input for innovative business strategies.
Gather and analyze market information to support informed decision-making.
Customer Support and Training:
Provide ongoing support to customers, introducing best practices and new mechanisms.
Assist in conducting on-site training sessions to improve product knowledge and usage.
Commercial Operations:
Assist in developing tailored commercial offers for key accounts.
Monitor inventory levels and report on overstock issues to the manager.
Support accounts receivable by ensuring follow-ups on payments and collections.
Distributor Relations:
Collaborate in preparing accurate forecasts for distributors and product lines.
Maintain regular communication with distributor stakeholders to ensure quality service.
Logistics and Store Maintenance:
Coordinate the delivery of shipments to customer storage locations.
Monitor visibility in customer stores, suggesting collateral installations and maintenance.
Sales Support and Documentation:
Work with the sales support team to boost demand and increase sales.
Ensure accuracy in commercial documentation for customers.
