This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client's needs, they will discuss our product's technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.


What you’ll do


  • The KAM will be responsible of achieving and exceeding his annual and quarterly sales and Order Intake target within the assigned region, by attracting and engaging with all stakeholders (contractors, End-Users and consultants …etc )
  • Good knowledge and experience for the lighting suppliers in our country and select the correct items that meet project/client requirements.
  • Good knowledge in the systems (Lighting Control system, Central Battery system, Façade Lighting System…etc)
  • Focusing on End Users who are active in all segments (Office, Hospitality, Industry, Retail…etc) Accountable for professional and detailed Account planning and classification
  • Must map and maintain strong relationship with the key stakeholders and the Decision-making Unit matrix of the customers.
  • Lead, with marketing and product management team, all product and solution launch to the Key Accounts.
  • Responsible for submitting accurate forecast monthly and quarterly.
  • Use SFDC CRM system, conduct quality Opportunities, builds healthy pipeline and clear funnel, must maintain perfect log of activities and connections.
  • Follow up the payment’s status with the clients, ensure a healthy cash flow for his clients and accounts and ensure the payment security for each order

Your qualifications:


  • Degree in engineering, technology
  • 3 years of proven track record in sales target achievements in a complex and challenging environment
  • Good level of communication in English and ability to engage well with employees at all levels of the organization in addition to local language
  • The ability to pursue commercial opportunities with energy and discipline and to close deals despite challenges
  • Energetic and result driven personality
