Job Description
Job title: Key Account Manager
Develops, maintains and improves relations with a limited number of accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier. Initializes and coordinates all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.
Your role:
Develops, maintains and drives continuous improvement of the relations with existing and potential customers for accounts (typically transactional accounts).
Creates yearly sales plans, with the help of sales management, sets targets and plans actions and MarCom deliverables.
Creates, together with marketing, services and supply chain teams, the optimal offers to the accounts.
Initializes customer tailored sales actions and supports larger sales actions.
Monitors the quality of the realization of the actions, improvement of contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.
Makes presentations and explanation on the product portfolio and support to promotions.
Regularly reports on sales results and expectations, market and competition and trends to inform about the situation.
Working very closely with PHILIPS partners in the region to maximize market share and brand preferences.
You're the right fit if you have :
1. Bachelors/Masters degree
2. 5+ years of sales/account management experience in healthcare industry; indirect channel management experience is highly preferred,
3. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written,
4. Ability to manage by influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams
5. Account and relationship management
6. Customer Focused Selling
7. Willing and able to travel within KSA.
