Key Accountabilities
• Sales Management
- Manage a portfolio of key travel management companies and corporate clients.
- Achieve agreed sales revenue targets.
- Negotiate incentive agreements with corporate and agency clients and review/assess performance on a quarterly basis.
- Develop an intimate understanding of the customer’s business using a variety of sources and identify and explore commercial opportunities potentials.
- Anticipating key account changes and improvements
- Use the Flynas guidelines for dealing to ensure processes, deals and ensure all A & B accounts have ADPs completed with account objectives & targets agreed by line manage .
- To develop necessary Presentation skills
• Account Management
- Create and develop awareness of flynas products and services within the portfolio of accounts in order to ensure that set revenue objectives are achieved.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing initiatives/plans with assigned accounts to increase flynas revenue share.
- Run all activities with corporate travel agent, and ensure the effective dissemination and communication of flynas developments to assigned clients.
- Develop innovative solutions for customers that not only support our current product portfolio.
- Meeting all client’s needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
- Review area sales performance and recommend action where necessary to maximize revenue
• Planning & Organizing
- Plans and prepares from a 4 daily sales visits to both existing Trade and corporate prospect customers
- Maintaining and developing business relationships with major travel
- Management companies and other selected independents.
- Consistently updates management on top 10 travel and corporate houses.
- Identify and prospect new corporate client opportunities based on revenue potential.
