Mission The Junior Office Receptionist, organizes the day to day
office tasks, is responsible for receiving and attending customer requests, and
carrying out junior administrative tasks.
Operations
Efficiently attend all client and management requests and
needs, greeting guests, offering accurate and useful information, attending travel
requirements and screening all calls.
Look after health and safety in the workplace
Ensure supplies control (stationery, refreshments and
supplies for the bathrooms)
Organize general office tidiness and the maintenance of
office equipment (photocopiers, faxes, alarms etc).
Manage the post and email
Look after the filing, organizing documents, including making
sure all official certificates and licenses are in order and ready for inspection.
Updating of contact lists and carrying out mailing when
required
