Junior Finance Assistant (Part Time)

Reports to- UK Finance Manager

Pixomondo is currently seeking a Junior Finance Assistant on a part-time basis, working 5 days a week (Sun-Thur), 4 hours a day. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and other team members to ensure the safekeeping of all PXO AP and accounting processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Post A/P invoices adhering to the PXO’s processes and controls.

• Communicate with vendors- responding to queries they may have on payments.
• Creates vendor profile based on standard PXO documents.
• Creates vendor POs based on user Shopping carts and ensures GL coding is accurate
• Provides weekly updates on outstanding AP invoices and monthly AP Accruals
• Ensures AP approval processes are compliant with audit requirements - from PO creation to invoice approvals.
• Post cash entries and apply accounts receivable collections.
• Support in annual audits & maintain necessary documentation.
• Staff monthly payroll processing, ensuring appropriate documentation is submitted and recorded.
• Ad-hoc reporting, ability, and eagerness to quickly pick up new tasks and projects as required within PXO.
