JTS Instructor Engineer (IT)

The JTS Instructor Engineer (IT) will be responsible for providing technical training to employees of the company. The main role of the instructor engineer is to develop and deliver training programs related to IT systems and technologies. The instructor engineer should have a solid understanding of IT principles and be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to learners.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver training programs on IT systems and technologies.
2. Assess the training needs of employees and design appropriate training materials.
3. Conduct training sessions in a classroom or virtual environment.
4. Provide technical support to employees during and after the training sessions.
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in IT field.
2. Strong knowledge of IT systems and technologies.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work independently and in a team.
5. Good problem-solving skills.
