Be part of our Customer Services team as an IT Specialist in Riyadh, KSA.

What are my responsibilities?

• Monitoring and Controlling IT Applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot Java and .Net (VC++) applications and SCADA software.
• Troubleshoot First & Second Level incidents and escalate issues to third level when required.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining production servers, switches, and networks in Data Centers.
• Enhancing existing cybersecurity for all IT infrastructure
• Maintain Oracle Databases, including SQL Server and no-SQL Database.
• Develop SQL queries and create reports.
• Monitor database performance. Maintain, monitor, and rectify issues in Oracle RAC Databases.
• Continuous Improvement thinking by reviewing and assessing the current processes.
• Make use of collaborative tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Will be responsible for following occupational health, safety, security, environment and quality processes as stipulated in the Project HSSE Plan and Project Quality Plan, respectively.

What do I need to qualify for the role?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in managing Oracle Databases, ideally in the field of the automation technology environment.
• Excellent data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and PL/SQL knowledge.
• Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding.
• Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.
• Experience with RHEL and Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Knowledge about Virtualization technologies and VMware is a plus.
• Any IT certification in related technologies will be an advantage.
• Able to work in shift patterns, handle shift duty individually & work under pressure.
• Understanding the material flow of the Baggage Handling System is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Good organization, time management, and prioritization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate openly and effectively on all levels across the team, internally and externally.
