Roles and responsibilities:
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and networking problems
· Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers.
· Configure and troubleshoot network devices and systems.
· Implement and maintain IT security measures.
· Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
· Provide technical support for Laboratory-related software and systems.
· Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
· Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.
· Develop and maintain IT documentation, including user manuals and operational procedures
· Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide recommendations for improvements in IT processes and systems
· Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Handle offline & online sharing folders internally offline local area network & Microsoft knowledge.
· Handle installation/printer sharing online and VPN configuration for connecting one branch to another with same IP racks setup.
· Install cable/crimping, cable tracking and tracing, user remote access/CCTV installation.
· Manage NVR configuration, IP telephone configuration and setup biometric configuration and support.
· Managing requests through services desk plus sosyetm.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support.
· Certified CCNA.
· Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
· Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, ability to travel.
· Fluency in English and Arabic.
