We are seeking an experienced IT PMO Engineer to play a key role in IT governance, enterprise architecture, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy, governance, and large-scale IT project execution. This position requires extensive experience in IT service delivery, software development, infrastructure projects, and cloud computing initiatives. The IT PMO Engineer will work cross-functionally to ensure the successful delivery of complex IT projects while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement IT governance frameworks and enterprise architecture strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee and manage IT project portfolios, ensuring adherence to best practices, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate large-scale IT initiatives, including software development, infrastructure deployment, and cloud computing projects.
- Establish and maintain IT service delivery processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage diverse project teams and stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, perform cost estimations, and ensure project feasibility assessments.
- Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and software development life cycles (Agile, RUP, Waterfall) to manage project execution.
- Apply industry-standard enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and IT governance models (e.g., COBIT) to drive IT strategy.
- Maintain compliance with IT governance standards and frameworks, ensuring regulatory and operational requirements are met.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams in best practices for IT project management and governance.
