IT Network Engineer

Eram Talent is on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Network Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure robust connectivity and optimal performance for all IT operations.

In this position, you will work closely with various teams to resolve networking challenges and support system enhancements. You will also be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures to protect our network from vulnerabilities.

• Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Monitor network performance and make recommendations for improvement.
• Troubleshoot network issues and outages, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Implement security protocols to ensure data integrity and protect network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other IT specialists and stakeholders to plan and implement new initiatives.
• Provide technical support and training for network-related inquiries from staff.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and networking trends to enhance company operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of networking protocols, IP addressing, and subnetting.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Familiarity with network security practices and tools.
• Knowledge of various networking and infrastructure technologies (Cisco, Juniper, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
