IT Manager/ Senior Manager (Saudi National)

The IT Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business objectives. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, implementing technology solutions to enhance efficiency, and ensuring system security, data integrity, and business continuity.

• Develop and implement IT strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization’s overall objectives.
• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and application management.
• Lead and manage IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and within budget.
• Manage IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and monitor IT expenditures to optimize resources.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s IT systems by implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
• Design and enforce IT policies and procedures to maintain high service levels and system reliability.
• Work closely with other departments to provide technology solutions that enhance productivity and business processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Oversee system integrations, data management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that support business growth.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT field, with a proven track record in managing IT departments or similar roles.
• Prior experience as an IT General Manager is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Proven experience in IT project management and implementing large-scale IT solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in digital transformation and emerging technologies.
