Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our IT department. This is a unique opportunity to implement and oversee the deployment of a new Healthcare Information System (HIS) ERP, such as Micro Care or a similar platform, across our clinics.
The IT Manager will be responsible for managing IT operations and ensuring seamless integration of technology across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP Implementation: Lead the implementation of a Healthcare Information System (HIS) ERP, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and adherence to timelines.IT Management: Oversee all IT operations, including the management of IT infrastructure across multiple clinic locations.Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure and manage IT services and equipment.Project Management: Coordinate and manage IT projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and timeline objectives.Support Services: Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.Compliance: Ensure IT systems comply with Healthcare regulations and standards.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.3-4 years of experience in IT management, with ERP system implementation.Experience in the Healthcare industry is a plus, but candidates from other industries with ERP experience are welcome.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage projects across multiple sites.Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.Ability to work independently and manage IT operations without a dedicated team initially.
Job Offer
Bonus (up to 2 months depending on the individual performance) + medical insurance
