Key Accountabilities
1- Implement the objectives and strategies of the department within the context of the short-term strategy of the department and guide the direct reports towards the achievement of the goals through accomplishing their responsibilities.
2- Support the development of department’s goals and objectives and ensure the cascaded goals to the unit and ensure the achievement of the unit’s goals.
3- Effectively identify, allocate and utilize of the unit’s human, financial, logistical and technological resources.
4- Provide direction and advice to the direct reports in performing their delegated responsibilities
5- Ensure the ongoing development of employees with guiding the development activities of direct and indirect reports.
6- Manage the overall performance of direct reports and manage the development of KPI’s
7- Manage IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and ensure cost-effective procurement of technology resources.
8- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs, develop solutions that drive efficiency & productivity
Key Activities:
9- Develop & implement IT policies & procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & standards
10- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for technology investments and improvements
11- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, implementing best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
12- Lead the development, customization, and integration of the company’s ERP systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business
13- Oversee the deployment, management, and support of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and applications
14- Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
15- To perform any task directed by the direct manager.
Job Requirements:
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Work Experience
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of managing IT infrastructure and ERP
systems.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software. Yardi will be an advantage
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Knowledge in government platforms, gateways and Apps integrations
Expertise in integrating government platforms, gateways, and applications, including systems such as Ejar and
