Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Document problems and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff when necessary.
Assist with user account management and system access requests.
Provide training and support to users on various IT tools and applications.
