Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration with an IT background.
Experience:
6-8 years of ERP Project Management experience in implementation and support. SAP/Enablon/PlanOn or other ERP certification preferred. Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2, or similar) preferred. Experience managing ERP applications teams and resources, as well as multiple large-scale, high-risk projects. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools/software, and techniques. Good knowledge and exposure to the utility company environment is a plus. Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality management principles. Experience in staff management of a diverse technical team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of utility companies and their working environment is a plus.

As an
IT (ERP) Project Manager, you will oversee ERP project management across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. You will manage internal teams and external system implementers to select and deliver the best-fit solution for business requirements.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Lead and manage ERP projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timeline and budget requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for solution/vendor selection to meet business needs. Manage ERP application teams and resources, ensuring efficient operations. Oversee multiple projects concurrently, providing strategic direction for large-scale, high-risk initiatives that span multiple business units. Enforce adherence to project management methodology, providing mentorship and conducting project reviews. Ensure projects align with quality management principles and industry best practices. Provide clear and effective communication with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Manage risks, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions that enhance project delivery. Work closely with teams to develop and manage project processes, controls, guidelines, and templates.
Skills & Expertise:
Strong experience in managing ERP projects across their entire lifecycle, from implementation to post-launch support. Expertise in SAP/Enablon/PlanOn or other ERP systems.
