The Role:



Responsible for issuance of invoice, maintaining current records of collected payments, sent invoices, and updated customer information. Providing support to accountants, accounts supervisors, bookkeepers, and other financial workers.
This role ensures that all customer billing information is correct and up-to-date. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.





Duties and Responsibilities:



1. Invoice Creation:



Generate accurate and timely invoices based on sales orders, delivery notes, or other relevant documentation. Verify pricing, quantities, and customer information before invoice creation. Ensure invoices adhere to company branding and formatting guidelines.

2. Data Entry:



Accurately input invoice data into the accounting system. Maintain organized and up-to-date invoice records.

3. Invoice Processing:



Distribute invoices to customers via email or physical mail. Follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with the collections department on overdue accounts.

4. Customer Support:



Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account balances. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.

5. Reporting:



Generate regular reports on invoicing metrics, such as invoice volume, average invoice value, and payment terms. Identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.

6. Compliance:



Ensure compliance with invoicing regulations and tax requirements. Maintain accurate and complete invoice documentation for audits.

Qualifications:



Must be fluent in both

Arabic and English



Prior experience on Integrated Service Delivery Platform (ISDP) of Huawei project
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Experience in an accounting or finance role preferred. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
