Investor Relations Manager

Investment Relations Management: 

• Create and execute a robust investor relations strategy and framework that aligns with the company's goals. 
• Coordinate the preparation and execution of quarterly earnings calls, providing accurate and insightful information to investors. 
• Create and update investor presentations, fact sheets, and other collateral to effectively communicate the company's story. 
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to prepare statements for annual meetings. 

Strategic Communication: 

• Develop clear and compelling messages that align with the organization's investment narrative. • Coordinate the production of financial reports, presentations, and other materials for investor communications. 
• Ensure consistent and timely sharing of information to maintain transparency.
• Engage with clients, shareholders, and other stakeholders to discuss investment strategies, and performance, and address inquiries.

Market Analysis: 

• Monitor market conditions and industry developments that may impact the organization's performance. 
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to assess the company's standing in the market.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on relevant market intelligence. compelling messages. 

Shareholder Advocacy: 

• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors and potential shareholders, and stakeholders. 
• Represent the organization at shareholder meetings. 
• Communicate the company's strategic vision to influence investor perceptions.

 Compliance: 

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes affecting investor relations. 
• Oversee the preparation and submission of regulatory filings related to investor communications. • Implement and maintain best practices in disclosure and reporting.

Financial Results Communication: 

• Coordinate the preparation of financial results materials, including press releases and presentations. 
• Conduct earnings calls and presentations to analysts, investors, and other stakeholders. • Provide guidance to ensure accurate interpretation of financial performance by the investment community. 

Corporate Governance and Compliance: 

• Manage the creation and distribution of annual reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 
• Facilitate communication between the executive team and the board of directors regarding investor relations matters. 
• Ensure adherence to the company's code of conduct in all investor communication.

Experience &  Competencies:

• Proven experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or related roles within the finance industry. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze financial data and market trends effectively. 
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders,  including investors, analysts, and senior executives. 
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and corporate governance practices within the UAE market. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders. 
• Knowledge of securities laws, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. 
• Previous experience including working in a publicly listed investment company is a plus
• CFA is a plus.
