Key Responsibilities:


1. Regulatory Compliance:


o Ensure all investor communications comply with relevant CMA and Tadawul regulations.


o Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and advise the IR team accordingly.


o Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures.


2. Public Announcements:


o Prepare and disseminate official company announcements, press releases, and financial disclosures.


o Coordinate the timing and content of disclosures to align with regulatory guidelines and company policies.


o Manage the submission of required documents to regulatory bodies and stock exchanges.


3. Administrative Support:


o Maintain accurate records of all investor communications and regulatory filings.


o Organize and schedule investor meetings, earnings calls, and other IR events.


o Manage the IR section of the company website, ensuring timely updates and compliance with disclosure requirements.


4. Stakeholder Coordination:


o Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, stock exchanges, and investors regarding compliance matters.


o Assist in responding to investor inquiries related to compliance and disclosure.


o Support the IR team in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to investor communications.


Qualifications:


· Education:


o bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.


· Experience:


o 3–5 years of experience in investor relations, compliance, corporate communications, or a related area.


o Demonstrated knowledge of securities laws, regulatory requirements, and financial disclosure practices.


· Skills and Competencies:


o Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards.


o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


o Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.


o Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems.


o Ifsah certified
