Inventory Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Controller to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our inventory management processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our supply chain operations.

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced inventory management systems
• Conduct regular cycle counts, internal stock takes, and participate in audited inventory counts
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to resolve issues
• Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to reduce inventory obsolescence and optimize stock levels
• Prepare and analyze inventory reports, including stock levels, consumption patterns, and forecasts
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth inventory flow and meet customer demands
• Monitor and evaluate inventory KPIs, suggesting improvements where necessary
• Assist in developing strategies to minimize carrying costs while maintaining adequate stock levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in inventory management
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control processes

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, preferably in FMCG or retail industries
• Proficient knowledge of inventory management software and Dynamics Microsoft 356 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organizational abilities and efficiency in managing multiple tasks
• Solid understanding of supply chain principles and inventory control best practices
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Willingness to participate in physical inventory counts as needed
