International Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international recruitment strategies to attract qualified

talent from overseas.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing,

and selecting candidates.

• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations for hiring international

workers.

• stablish partnerships with international recruitment agencies and labor

offices.

• Handle visa processing, work permits, and other legal documentation required

for overseas hires.

• Coordinate with HR and legal teams to facilitate the onboarding process for

new international employees.

• Monitor labor market trends and stay informed on changes to labor policies.
• Manage recruitment budgets and ensure cost-effective hiring practices.

Skills:

• Strong command of the English language (written and spoken).

In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and international recruitment

• procedures.
• Experience in managing overseas labor sourcing and recruitment projects.
• Familiarity with visa processing and governmental procedures in Saudi

Arabia.

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
