The Role:


As a New Business Intern, you'll support executive management by coordinating the regional new business pipeline and prioritizing tasks across global time zones. Additionally, you will assist with proposal submissions, vendor administration, financial oversight, and strategic assignments, while ensuring compliance and quality in all processes.


Responsibilities 


  • Executive Management Coordination: Expertly manage the regional new business pipeline, demonstrating strategic thinking in prioritizing and coordinating complex tasks and relevant meetings across global time zones.
  • High-Level Financial Oversight: Ensure meticulous and timely submission of senior leadership's time and expenses, into the company’s finance system.
  • Vendor and Contract Administration: Independently manage vendor registrations and process purchase orders.
  • Process Driving:
    • Manage commercial and technical proposal submissions
    • Collaborate with various team functions to ensure the requirements of the proposal are met. For example, resource management, financial management, procurement etc.,
      Support content development for proposal, as needed
    • Ensure compliance of proposals with internal admin procedures
    • Coordinate quality assurance for proposals ahead of the submission date
  • Document Management: Proficiently handle sensitive documents, manage the contract lifecycle in enterprise systems, and oversee critical DocuSign processes with careful attention to legal and compliance details.
  • Strategic Special Assignments: Provide high-level support on projects, including in-depth research, executive summary writing, and other complex tasks requiring seasoned judgment.

  • Professional Experience:
    • Proven track record of supporting leadership in fast-paced, global environments.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with impeccable discretion.
       
  • Communication Skills:
    • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Exceptional interpersonal abilities, adept at liaising with high-profile stakeholders and managing complex professional relationships.
  • Remote Work Expertise:
    • Advanced proficiency in remote work technologies and enterprise-level productivity suites.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain executive-level support in a distributed work environment.
       
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:
    • Ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and proactively propose solutions.
    • Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making at the executive level..
       
  • Advanced Organizational Abilities:
    • Exceptional capacity to manage multiple high-priority tasks with competing deadlines.
    • Proven ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency at an executive level.
