Providing advice and guidance on interface management mattersEscalating and reporting key issues to ensure effective project delivery.Build effective engagement with the public by promoting and advising on the project.Liaising with relevant parties to ensure their needs are listened to throughout the project · Minimize disruption to third parties throughout the project.Present with credibility, engage varied audiences and test levels of understanding.Liaise with senior stakeholders on key issues and provide expert and influential advice.Prepare scope and business cases for more ambiguous or complex projects including cost and resource impacts.Monitor the completion of projects and implement effective and rigorous project evaluation methodologies to inform future planning.Manage transitions between project stages and ensure that changes are consistent with organizational goals.Control output of business unit to ensure government outcomes are achieved within budget.Progress organizational priorities and ensure effective acquisition and use of resources.Seek and apply the expertise of key individuals to achieve organizational outcomes.

Experience and Skills required:Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus, preferable have experience for high rise building projects experienceThe Ideal candidate will have a minimum qualification of Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent, having a minimum of 12 years’ experience in the industry.Demonstrate a high level of expertise in construction management.Good knowledge of local and international codes and standardsAble to produce technical reports in English in a clear and concise form.Able to communicate effectively with both colleagues and clients
