Summary


The responsibilities of this position include planning, scheduling, and estimating maintenance work for instrumentation equipment. Duties also include the procurement planning of Instrumentation spare part and database update in SAP to provide information in a timely efficient manner, analyse and prepare organization daily/weekly schedules.

Responsibilities / Duties


·        Plan, schedule, estimate and/or coordinate maintenance work.  Prioritize work and determine preventive maintenance schedule for Instrumentation equipment’s. 


·        Process the work orders, visits the job site when necessary.


·        Analyse and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to equipment, plants, and utilities availability.


·        Daily basis, monitor the progress of maintenance work order and provide input to the maintenance supervisor.


·        Ensure the history is updated and technically completed on all work order prior to closing.


·        Purchase materials, tools, and equipment.  Develop specifications for procurement of goods, materials, and equipment.


·        Ensure the onsite availability of all materials, manpower and service requirements.


·        Utilize SAP system and related software to ensure effective implementation of corrective and preventive maintenance plans.


·        To schedule and plan shutdown activities.


·        Participate in the weekly/shutdown/schedule coordination meeting and present the weekly/shutdown schedule of workable maintenance jobs from backlog.


·        Coordinate and provide RFQ to sub-contractors/supplier/vendors.


·        Prepare alternative maintenance strategies to assist management in determining maintenance program goals and objectives.


·        Review work orders, technical manuals/Drawings, and equipment specifications to determine the scope of work, required materials


·        Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts, materials, and equipment needed for maintenance activities.


·        Participate in root cause analysis and failure investigations to identify underlying issues and develop strategies for preventing future equipment failures.


·        Participate to involve in internal and external audits.


·        Preparation of Yearly budget (CAPEX/OPEX), KPI reports


·        Creation of equipment Master Data/Asset management
