We are seeking an Instructional Designer join the Leadership Development Division (LDD) of the Management & Professional Development Department (M&PDD).
LDD is responsible for providing employees with experiences encouraging the learning and immediate application of leadership skills and capabilities linked to business needs.
Your primary role is to lead and assist in developing new learning content and improving existing offerings. Provide expertise in developing, delivering, and evaluating workplace learning and development solutions for leaders of the company's workforce. You will also manage implementation of content across platforms as required.
As a successful candidate you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or similar field.
Ten (10) years of experience related to the analysis, design, development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of learning, development, and performance solutions.
High level of familiarity using learning technologies, including learning management systems, virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom), and e-learning development
(e.g. Storyline, Rise and Captivate).
3 years of facilitation experience
ESL Certification preferred
Experience with AR/VR implementation preferred
Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) or similar professional certification preferred.
