Job Title:IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities:


Business Process Improvement: Identify, design, and implement process improvements across various business functions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Utilize tools such as Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL to automate and optimize workflows, ensuring seamless operations.Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and optimize financial and operational reports using advanced data analysis tools and techniques. Leverage data visualization tools like Power BI, and SAP Analytics Cloud to provide real-time insights and support strategic decision-making.Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure successful project execution and stakeholder alignment.Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and deliverables.System Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of critical business systems, including ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) and financial platforms (Murex). Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and security of data across all business systems, supporting compliance and audit requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:


Education: Master’s degree in IT Management, or a related field (preferable). Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent (mandatory).Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, SAC). Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) and financial platforms (Murex). Knowledgeable in ELT / ETL frameworks (dbt), data tools (SAP DataSphere or other tools), and automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).Professional Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and optimizing business processes. Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.Minimum 5 years experience required.Certifications: Relevant certifications in data analysis, project management, or business analysis are preferred. Pursuing professional qualification: CFA / CME (not mandatory but preferable).
