Your Main Responsibilities


  • Improving influencer's engagement activities with analytical approach
  • Increasing influencer & agency interactions with engagement journeys
  • Assist in developing, briefing and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns in conjunction with the wider shopper growth team
  • Tracking campaign performance, and analyzing metrics to understand the influencer retention/adoption and ROAS
  • Reporting on performance in line with KPIs
  • Analyze competitor activity and industry trends to drive commercial opportunities
  • Collaborating with teams across other departments to improve the operating model

Your Profile


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Up to 4 years of marketing experience in either FMCG, start-up, or tech company; e-commerce experience is plus
  • Good command of Arabic is a must; fluent in English
  • You are knowledgeable about the Arab influencer and social community in GULF region
  • Highly polished communication skills - speaking, writing, presenting, and negotiating
  • Ability to effectively work with remote teams across continents and deliver results
  • You are knowledgeable about current and emerging social media networks, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube, and know how influencer marketing fits within each
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and coordinate different parties of the projects
  • A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have the high business contribution
  • The experience range for this position is suitable for specialist/senior specialist and executive/manager (non-team management) roles.
