Job Purpose / Objective
Responsible for the activities of the Infection Control Team and infection surveillance, analysis and reporting and the accordant development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure rigorous infection prevention and control standards within the hospital in compliance with CDC and international accreditation requirements. Conduct training in both universal and specific infection control practices, supervise learning, and assist staff to integrate theory to practice. Participate in the clinical and administrative coordination of health care services within the hospital for effective management of manpower and physical resources for the institution.
