ID BIM MODELER

We are seeking a talented ID BIM Modeler to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for interior design projects using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and interior designers to integrate design concepts into BIM models.
• Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with project specifications and standards.
• Create and modify 3D models, 2D drawings, and documentation as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify and resolve any design conflicts or issues in the models.
• Assist in generating visualizations, presentations, and reports to communicate design intent effectively.
• Stay current with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in BIM technology.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and workflows.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 5+years in GCC as a BIM Modeler, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.) and CAD tools.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
