Job Summary:
We are seeking an ICT Team Lead to oversee our Bahrain office's IT operations and support company projects in the region. The ICT Team Lead will be responsible for managing critical IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, and hardware, to ensure smooth business operations and enhance productivity. This role involves leading the IT support team, handling essential IT tasks, responding to help desk requests, and serving as a subject matter expert for both Mac OS X and Windows platforms, as well as widely used software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. The ICT Team Lead will also oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements as needed.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the ICT support team, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality service delivery.
-Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware.
-Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements, driving faster and smarter business processes and enhancing employee productivity.
-Respond to help desk requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies.
-Ensure timely resolution of service issues and requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
-Serve as the subject matter expert supporting Mac OS X, Windows, and widely used software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace.
-Oversee equipment repairs and replacements as necessary, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
-Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance team performance and security.

Requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
-Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, and system performance monitoring tools.
-Familiarity with Fortinet technology and hands-on experience is preferred.
-Knowledge of contact center applications is a plus.
-Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to maintain confidentiality of company information.
-University degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering.
-Relevant certifications such as MCSA and CCNA are a plus.
