Job Summary:
We are looking to hire On Site support Engineer to take care of our Bahrain office IT Operations, support company projects in Bahrain.
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for maintaining critical IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, and hardware, to ensure smooth business operations and enhance productivity. This role involves handling essential IT tasks, responding to help desk requests, and serving as a subject matter expert for both Mac OS X and Windows platforms, as well as widely used software like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. The IT Support Specialist will also perform equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements as needed.
Responsibilities:• Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email
systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements
• Enable faster and smarter business processes and employee productivity
• Respond to help desk requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software,
networking, and other computer-related technologies.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Serve as the subject-matter expert supporting Mac OS X, Windows, and widely used software and
applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Google Workspace
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
Requirement:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Field.
• Deep knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, and system performance
monitoring tools
• Fortinet Technology fair Knowledge and in-hand Experience.
• Contact Center Applications Knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
• University Graduate, preferably from Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proven Certifications of MCSA and CCNA is a Plus.
