Hypo Shift Operator

The Hypo Shift Operator plays a crucial role in operating the Chlor Alkali Plant particularly in managing the operational processes associated with hypo shifts. This position is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of production lines, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing productivity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities:

Do the following Task under Hypo shift Operator supervision:

• Operating Chlor Alkali Plant and ensure the system is running smoothly and in accordance with the operating standard.

• Operating Brine Purification Unit and ensure the system is running smoothly and in accordance with the operating standard.

• Operate all other department equipment (Pumps, Mixers and …etc.)

• Add the Required raw material to different unit.

• Complete the Department daily log and reports.

• Preform the required quality lab check for the system.

• Preform the Basic preventive maintenance Check.

• Create a work order for any required maintenance work.

• Follow and respect work hours.

• Utilize Work hour in training and completing required task.

• Complete the Monthly Safety Audit.

• Report any unsafe act, unsafe condition, and Incident.

• Follow safety standards.

• Keep operation area clean and organized.

Preferred Candidate:

1. 1 Years’ experience as an operator (Chlor Alkali Plant experience is preferable)
2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
3. Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
6. Basic understanding of heavy industry operations.
7. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
8. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
9. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
10. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
