About the job Human Resources Specialist

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate and timely HR administration support (full cycle) to the Saudi Arabia Operational teams.
  • Administer HR-related documentation.
  • Collect the new hire paperwork.
  • Conduct New Hire orientations.
  • Manage the probationary review process.
  • Manage and solve daily queries.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll changes and submit to accounting.
  • Ensure all communication regarding employment is uploaded and saved within the HRIS system.
  • Participate in special HR projects.
  • If requested, manage the employees timesheet submission process.
  • Perform other daily items as required.

Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:


  • A University or College Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience.
  • Experience in Saudi Arabia will be preferable.
  • Knowledge or Oracle HCM will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Word and Excel)
  • Multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling skills.
