Human Resources OfficerJob DescriptionJob Summary: As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with all HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and implementing HR policies and procedures. Job Responsibility: - Assisting with recruitment processes such as job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates - Coordinating employee training and development programs - Handling employee relations matters and ensuring a positive work environment - Administering HR policies and procedures - Maintaining employee records and generating HR reports - Participating in HR projects and initiatives as needed Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Proven experience in HR roles, with knowledge of HR best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suiteSkillsSkills: 1.
