The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including the administration of employee records, recruitment coordination, and other HR activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and work closely with the CHRO on key HR initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases and filing systems.
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding materials.
Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting in audits and data collection for reporting purposes.
Prepare HR reports for internal use as requested.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing training sessions and company events.
Assist in the development of employee training programs and tracking progress.
Help maintain and update the HR management systems, ensuring data integrity.
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Chief Human Resources Officer on HR projects, initiatives, and meetings.
Manage the CHRO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and internal or external engagements.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
