We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient operation of the Human Resources department. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department within the Human Resources Division, assisting in the implementation of Hyatt’s People Philosophy throughout the hotel. Your role will align with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with hotel and corporate policies.
• Assist the Director of Human Resources in implementing Hyatt’s and the Miraval brand’s People Philosophy and fostering a positive work culture.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of employees.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and employment regulations.
• Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a strong company culture.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration in coordination with the finance team.
• Ensure HR administrative functions are performed according to hotel and corporate standards.

• This position is open to Saudi nationals only.
• A university degree or diploma in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development, or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in a larger operation.
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on employee development.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of service.
