As a key driver of innovation and sustainability in the Kingdom, the organization is seeking a talented Human Resources Manager who will lead their HR strategy, enhance workforce efficiency, and align talent management with their long-term goals.
Position: Human Resources Manager
As the Human Resources Manager, you will play an important role in designing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. Working closely with senior leadership, you will align HR practices with the companys vision and strategic objectives, contributing to a dynamic and high-performing organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support organizational goals and future growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR policies align with business objectives.
- Provide strategic insights on workforce planning and organizational development.
2. Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent while meeting Saudization targets.
- Implement robust onboarding programs and career development frameworks.
- Drive performance management initiatives to align individual and organizational goals.
3. Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization requirements, and other relevant regulations.
- Regularly update HR policies and procedures to reflect legal standards and industry best practices.
- Act as the point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and disputes effectively.
4. Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the organizations values.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and productivity.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a thriving workplace.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
6. HR Technology and Analytics:
- Lead the implementation and management of HR systems to streamline operations.
- Use data analytics to monitor key HR metrics and inform decision-making.
7. Training and Development:
- Create and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of learning initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR management, with proven expertise in workforce planning, compliance, and talent development.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws, Saudization policies, and HR best practices.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead HR teams, foster collaboration, and drive organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are preferred.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
