I am looking for an HRIS Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end system implementation process, ensuring seamless deployment and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in system implementation, project management, and vendor evaluation, particularly within SMEs in KSA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify high-level HRIS business requirements by understanding organizational needs.
- Engage with HRIS vendors, assess their offerings, and conduct formal vendor qualification.
- Define detailed system requirements and collaborate with vendors to develop a standardized HRIS (Golden Template).
- Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and train-the-trainer (TTT) programs to ensure smooth adoption.
- Lead HRIS deployment, pilot implementation, and go-live processes in a controlled SME environment.
- Provide post-implementation support to ensure system stability and user adoption.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in system implementation and deployment strategies, preferably in HRIS.
- Strong vendor management and project coordination skills.
- Experience with business process mapping and system lifecycle management.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and drive system optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
