Human Resources Business Partner Consultant

HRBP Consultant will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities with the organization on Operational and Strategic initiatives.

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
• Design and deliver training programs for managers and employees on various HR topics.
• Identify training needs through performance reviews, skills gaps analysis, and employee feedback.
• Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues.
• Designing and implementing a performance management system that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 2+ years' experience in Human Resources.
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
• Fluent in English
