As a part of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll.
• Act as a resource for employees by providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
• Maintain employee records, both physical and electronic, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training and development programs.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.
