Establish HSE training programs for all levels of management according to the hierarchy of
the organization chart.
Being sure about the effectiveness of the training that will be delivered.
Develop training materials which are applicable to the company activities and specific to the
client's requirements.
Coordinate to produce a series of unified videos which will be used for induction propose with
high-quality editing.
Coordinate to produce induction booklet with proper graphic design and high-quality
visualization.
Design demonstration training for riggers, scaffolders, equipment operators ... etc in addition
to any new technology that will be used.
Raise the competency of the HSE officers and conduct frequent evaluations.
Coordinate with the project safety/environmental managers do conduct effective campaigns
and properly planning for that.
Academic Qualifications and Professional Certifications
TOT certificates
NEBOSH IG.
Experience
More than 5 years’ experience in the same project activities.
Training experience for more than 2 years.
