HSE Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Site HSE Control: Lead and manage all HSE activities on a large-scale fast-track construction project.
• International Compliance: Implement ISO standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and OSHA regulations to ensure project compliance.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Conduct regular HSE training sessions for site staff, ensuring best practices are understood and followed.
• Zero-Accident Mentorship: Develop and enforce a safety culture that targets zero accidents.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance.
• Incident Investigation & Reporting: Conduct thorough risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, providing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans and ensure all site personnel are trained accordingly.
• Company Representation: Uphold and project the company's safety image and reputation to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction site safety management.
• Aramco project experience is a must.
• International Safety Certifications: OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and ability to interface with government authorities.
