We are looking for a HSE Reporting Manager to work on NEOM’s The LINE project.

About NEOM The LINE: NEOM is a visionary project in Saudi Arabia aimed at creating a sustainable and technologically advanced urban area. The LINE is a key component of NEOM, designed to be a linear city that redefines urban living with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and quality of life.


The HSE Reporting Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) reporting activities for the NEOM The LINE project. This role involves ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, maintaining accurate records, and providing detailed reports to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HSE reporting systems and procedures in alignment with project requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HSE data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive HSE reports to project management, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required HSE documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with HSE teams to ensure consistent and effective reporting practices across the project.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to project staff on HSE reporting requirements and best practices.
  • Stay updated on relevant HSE regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management, with a focus on reporting and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards applicable to large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HSE reporting software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
